It took over two weeks for this hat to deliver, as there was something wrong with the processing. I notified the company several times having to check in, as I received no updates. The customer support was helpful, but if I hadn't checked in with an email I'm not sure I would have ever received the hat.

The hat itself is very cool and love the design, but the quality of the size adjuster on the back feels slightly flimsy.
