Custom Embroidery Policy

SNAG takes pride in it’s ability to help customers with custom embroidery needs. If you have any questions before placing an order please contact us and we’ll answer any of your questions as soon as possible.

For orders less than 6pc, our design team takes liberty in best matching your logo and order notes to create the customized product exactly as ordered.

For orders of 6pc or more, our creative team will reach out during the sampling process with any questions and confirm logo placement and sizing. We offer 1 sample iteration per design (color change, size change, design edit). If there is an issue with embroidery quality, we'll always work until we get something you're happy with. If we're unable to create something you're satisified with, we charge the cost of 1 cap to cover time and materials. This is non-refundable if you decide to not move forward. Our typical turnaround time is 1 week for the sample and 1 week for production following sample approval. If we do not receive a response for a sample approval within 14 days, we'll mark the sample as approved and move the order into production by default. We do offer rush order service- please contact us.

By submitting artwork online, you are agreeing to the following terms: 

  • I hold commercial rights to reproduce the design.
  • If for any reason the legal owner of this design contacts fulfilment house they will be directed to me.
  • I understand illegal use of third party copyright content is a serious offence and can lead to penalties.

FAQs

Can I mix and match different caps?

We do allow mixing and matching caps utilizing the same logo. The discount will not apply online, so please contact us to arrange mixing and matching the same design and receiving the volume discount.

How long does the process take?

Our typical turnaround time is 1 week for sample photos, 1 week for production following sample approval. If there is ever a delay in the process, we will let you know.

Can I receive a sample before placing an order?

Yes, we do not have any minimums on custom items, so you're welcome to order just 1 custom hat and see if you like it before ordering a larger quantity.

Do you offer printing on caps?

We do offer vinyl transfer printing for blocked logos. We don’t offer screen printing on caps. Please reach out to us directly to inquire about printing on caps.

How can I reorder?

We love to hear that you’re looking for more caps! The fastest way to reorder is to order online with the same logo. Otherwise, please contact us and we can send over an invoice.
