Returning Vintage Items
If your vintage purchase doesn't fit the way you'd like it to, let us know. You must reach out within 14 days of product delivery. If your item arrived damaged, or you think the quality was inaccurately described, also let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
This policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on vintage items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returning Our Designs
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns must be postmarked within the 30 day window from placing an order. If returns are received after the 30 day window, store credit will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with hangtags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email contact@snagcollective.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return attached.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
International Returns
We do accept international returns, however, we are unable to provide a return label. Please request a return through our email contact@snagcollective.com or our Returns Portal. We'll issue instructions on sending your items back.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as customized orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
