Shipping policy
Domestic (USA)
Our orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail Service.
Vintage goods are shipped out the same or the next day.
Our SNAG Designs are made to order, so these items usually take 1-3 days for production before shipping.
Custom order products take 3-5 working days for a digital proof, followed by ~2 weeks production following proof approval.
International
International orders are shipped via DHL and take anywhere from 3-4 days via Worldwide to 10-21 days via e-Commerce Direct.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for production on customized products.
Tracking
We send you an email at every step of the order to ensure a smooth delivery.
Additionally, we allow you to track your order from the "Arrive" app that is offered after checkout.
Return to Sender
If we receive your package back due to an incorrect address, missing APT or STE number, or a postal mistake, we will reship the package at no additional shipping costs as a courtesy. We ask that you please check and confirm your address before placing your order.
Wrong Address
If you entered your address incorrectly at checkout, please email us right away. If the package has not shipped, we can update this for you. If the package has already shipped, it is unfortunately out of our control, and you must contact the carrier service independently. We do not have a way to update addresses after a package has shipped, this must be done by the receiver.
We are unable to provide any returns or refunds for packages delivered to an address that you are not able to receive at.
Packaging
Our hats are always shipped in boxes. Our apparel is professionally packaged in recycled poly-sealed bags. If you have any issues with shipping, send us an email to contact@snagcollective.com
