Shipping
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping times can vary widely depending on the shipping method and the distance between the sender and recipient.
- Vintage goods are shipped out the same or the next day.
- Our SNAG Releases are made to order, so these items take anywhere from 1-3 days for production before shipping.
- Custom Orders take roughly 1 week for a proof followed by ~2 weeks for bulk production.
Please request a quote for rush orders & expedited shipping to ensure we can try and meet your deadline.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped via DHL or UPS. All custom forms, duties, and import taxes are taken care at checkout to ensure delivery.
We accept international returns, however, we do not provide a return label.
Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes for international shipping?
For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply and will be added to your order at checkout. These fees vary by country and will be fully handled by us, allowing you to receive your package without any issues.
What are the different shipping methods available?
USA:
For SNAG designs and vintage goods:
- Economy: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and takes 5-7 from shipment to delivery
- Standard: Shipped via UPS Ground and takes anywhere from 3-5 days from shipment to delivery
- Express: Shipped via UPS 2-Day Air and takes 2-3 days for delivery.
Standard and Express orders placed before 2pm MT are shipped the same day.
For customized product orders:
We ship via UPS Ground. Delivery takes between 3-5 days after production time (2-3 weeks).
INTERNATIONAL:
For all orders (varies by location):
- UPS Standard (7-14 Days)
- UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-3 Days)
- DHL E-Commerce Parcel Direct (14-21 Days)
- DHL Express (2-3 Days)
How can I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment by using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website or app. Most carriers offer real-time tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment. We also send an email a during shipment and when your package is out for delivery.
I never received tracking information.
We send out an order confirmation email as well as a shipping email when your items are mailed. If you did not receive either, please contact us to confirm you entered the correct email address.
My order was shipped. Where is it?
We send you an email at every step of the order to ensure a smooth delivery.
All of our domestic orders are shipped via USPS for Economy. Economy is our cheapest option and takes 5-7 days from shipment to delivery. Standard and Express shipping options are shipped via UPS and take 2-4 days from shipment to delivery.
International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS depending on your area and take anywhere from 3-4 days via Worldwide to 10-21 days via e-Commerce Direct.
Are the hats shipped in a box?
Absolutely. We'd never disrespect a hat by shipping it in a poly mailer.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Of course. Hats can be weird. Not every hat will fit how you'd like. Same with clothing.
For SNAG designs and vintage goods:
- Our vintage item return policy lasts 14 days.
- Our SNAG Designs return policy lasts 30 days- just make sure to leave on the original tags.
- We accept international returns, however, we do not provide a return label.
For customized product orders:
If there is an issue with embroidery quality, we'll always work until we get something you're happy with. If we're unable to create something you're satisfied with, we deduct $100 from your order to cover time and materials. This is non-refundable if you decide to not move forward.
For fully customized orders, including customized fabric colors and labels, we are unable to provide any returns.

How long do I have to return an item?

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please visit the link here and enter your email address associated with the order. You can then select the items you'd like to return.
Customized Orders
Do you offer embroidery?
That's our bread and butter. We have a lineup of 20 embroidery machines to create the custom embroidery design of your dreams.
Do you all print clothing?
Yes, we offer screen printing on orders of 24+. We also offer embroidery with custom logos or text.
Is there a minimum? Can I buy just one customized design?
For Custom Headwear:
No minimums on customized text using our existing fonts. Order 1 or 1000.
Custom uploaded logo orders require 12+ and get free logo digitizing.
For Custom Apparel & Accessories:
We currently require a minimum of 24pc for custom apparel with the ability to screen-print or embroider.
Can I put a logo on the side of a cap or sleeves? Or just text?
We got you. Logos on the side are possible, but due to stricter size and design requirements please request a quote to see if your logo is eligible. Our online designer does not allow logos for sides and backs.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, our wholesale pricing starts at 12pc+ to businesses that apply here.
Once approved, you'll be able to access our wholesale site with wholesale pricing.
Can I add custom tags?
We do offer custom tags / private labeling on orders of 144+. Please request a quote for further info and pricing.
Can I customize fabric colors?
We allow customized fabric colors on one of our style of caps on orders of 144+. Please request a quote for further info and pricing.
Product Care
How should I care for my new clothing items?
To care for your clothing items, always check the care label or instructions on the garment. In general, most clothing can be machine-washed in cold water with like colors, but specific care recommendations may vary.
How do I prevent clothes from shrinking?
To prevent clothes from shrinking, wash them in cold water, avoid using high heat settings in the dryer, and consider air-drying or laying the items flat to dry.
What's the best way to remove stains from clothing?
The method for removing stains depends on the type of stain and fabric. It's essential to address stains promptly, follow care label instructions, and use appropriate stain removers.
Are there any clothing items that should not be machine-washed?
Some clothing items, such as delicate lace, beaded garments, and leather or suede pieces, should not be machine-washed. Hand-washing or professional cleaning may be required for these items.
