RETURNING VINTAGE ITEMS
If your vintage purchase doesn't fit the way you'd like it to, let us know. You must reach out within 7 days of product delivery. If your item arrived damaged, or you think the quality was inaccurately described, also let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
This policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on vintage items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURNING OUR DESIGNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with hangtags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item(s) you wish to return attached.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
